Glass Walls and Glazing in Partition Walls
Glass walls with single or thermopane glass are increasingly being used, as construction trends move towards creating improved working environments. By incorporating glass walls or glazed sections within partition walls, natural light is introduced into the cleanroom environment, while simultaneously enabling users to monitor processes taking place within the cleanroom. Glass installations are executed fully in accordance with your specific requirements and preferences.
Our cleanroom glass walls provide transparency and process visibility without compromising cleanliness standards or functional requirements. We supply various types of glass walls and glazing systems, tailored to the specific needs of each project.
All solutions are designed on a bespoke basis and integrated into partition walls so that they are completely flush with the clean wall surface, without edges or interruptions. This ensures smooth surfaces, easy cleaning and full compliance with cleanroom requirements.
Glass walls are suitable for a range of industries and applications where visibility and a high level of hygiene are essential.
GMP FIRE-RATED WINDOW C-BOX-FRW-EI 60
The need of our existing and new customers for fire-rated windows that would meet GMP requirements and could be installed in the partition walls of clean rooms, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, led us to the decision to develop the C-box-FRW-EI 60 fire-rated window. On the one hand, we wanted to meet the legal requirements for the validation and qualification of clean rooms and obtaining a use permit in terms of fire safety, and on the other improve conditions in terms of safety and health at work and fire safety of employees in the pharmaceutical industry.
The design of the window is individually adapted to your requirements, as we distinguish two possible designs, namely the GMP fire-rated window with 60-minute fire-rating, where fire-rated glass can be installed on both sides of the window, or the GMP fire-rated window with 30-minute fire-rating, where the fire-rated glass is installed on one side and is complemented on the other by laminated safety glass.
The GMP fire-rated window was tested and certified by the National Building And Civil Engineering Institute.
