The Cleangrad cleanroom system enables the installation of various types of sliding doors. We collaborate with several suppliers for the delivery of sliding doors, who also provide servicing and maintenance, while in our own production we manufacture the most demanding sliding doors intended for Grade B cleanroom environments. All sliding doors are available in a range of finishes – aluminium, HPL, stainless steel – with different glazing options, manual or automatic operation, and the appropriate certifications.
Cleangrad C-HSD-ALU hermetic sliding doors with automation, developed in-house, fully comply with GMP requirements for Grade B and C cleanrooms.
They are designed to integrate with all wall systems available on the market and are completely flush with any type of floor finish. With no floor tracks and no exposed moving parts, and equipped with a guide rail featuring particle-catching elements and a control unit located in the technical area, they allow for fast and straightforward maintenance without intervention in the cleanroom itself.
For the highest level of safety and compliance, the doors have been certified by ZAG and SIQ institutes.
