The steriliser trolley is designed and manufactured in accordance with the specific requirements of the customer, ensuring full adaptation to the intended application. It is made of high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel with a blasted finish and controlled surface roughness of up to Ra < 1.6 μm, providing long service life and high resistance. The entire construction is suitable for sterilisation and complies with stringent hygiene requirements. The baskets feature a specially treated surface with exceptionally low roughness of Ra < 0.9 μm, allowing for easy cleaning and
safe use. During development, careful consideration was given to the maximum permissible load of the rack, ensuring reliability and stability. For enhanced functionality, new hinges for the blister shelf were developed, and particular attention was paid to the precise and safe finishing of all edges.
