Cleangrad has developed modern stainless steel pass-box chambers to transfer smaller pieces of material between rooms with varying degrees of cleanliness. Pass-box chambers can be passive or active. Active pass-box chambers can have their own ventilation system, or they can be connected to an existing external ventilation system. The housing of the pass-box chamber is made of 1.4301 or 1.4404 stainless steel, and the surface is brushed with unvisible weldings. The inside of the pass-box is designed to facilitate cleaning and sealing. The pass box is equipped with a safety (ESG) glass door with a special seal and has a mechanical or electro-mechanical interlock. The door hinges on the pass-box chamber are the result of our own development. They are made of stainless steel and are adjustable. Pass-box chambers are made according to your individual requests; They can be fitted with a HEPA filter, shelves, sliding guides, UV light, pressure sensors, an LCD screen… In addition to a beautiful appearance, the pass-box chambers are distinguished by easy installation, cleaning and maintenance.
